Refund Policy
Clear information on eligibility, exclusions, and how to request a return if an incorrect product is delivered.
GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Leaf World endeavours to ensure that every transaction on its online store/website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
For hygiene & safety purposes, our period underwear is NON-RETURNABLE. If the product appears to be worn/used or if the return request is made beyond 7 days post-delivery, we cannot facilitate the return.
Re-fulfilment of the order is only possible under certain circumstances and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the product is incorrectly delivered (product not matching the order confirmation), the policy provides for extending re-fulfilment of the order.
Products are eligible for returns only if the items received by the customer are different from the order placed on the website www.LeafWorldFashion.com. Orders placed from marketplaces like Amazon etc. are not eligible for return.
Eligible for Return / Exchange
- ✓Wrong product shipped but primary packaging is unopened.
- ✓Wrong colour shipped but primary packaging is unopened.
- ✓Wrong size shipped but primary packaging is unopened.
Not Eligible
- •Used product & size does not match
- •Product used once in the 7 day return period
- •Washed product
- •Slight colour mismatch
- •Return window of 7 days has lapsed
- •Discounted items
- •Single item from a bundle purchase
- •Orders made from marketplaces like Amazon etc
Return Process
- Product delivered is different from the order placed.
- Product is unused with original packaging unopened.
- Return initiated within 7 days from delivery.

- • Image of the wrongly delivered item.

Additional Information & Important Notes
Leaf World reserves the right to accept or reject any exchanges, refunds, claims and returns. Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis and the customer is expected to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
Note: No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is different from the order placed. Refunds for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will be issued only as store credit.
Product Colours: Every effort is made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, the end result may vary.
All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict, the decision of Leaf World (the “Company”) shall be final and binding.
